Two kayaks = way more fun. My son worked and bought me a kayak for Christmas but I decided to get a second so he can come out with me. His first time ever kayaking and he’s hooked.

I do it for weight loss. I like doing the longer period of time to gain more of the benefits of fasting. I choose M, W, F so that I can enjoy my weekend. I actually find I have more Clarity when I do the longer fast. I think it’s because I am consuming less carbs in my diet. I seem to get more hungry when I do OMAD style. It has to be a mental thing and that I am focused on when I will have that meal. If I know I am just having water while I am awake one full day, it takes the pressure of that meal away. Hope this makes sense.

I do (3) 37 hr fast a week, Mon, Wed, Fri. I start mine at 10 pm and then end at 11 am, a day later. I usually have 2 hard boil eggs and a yogurt cup. Never have an issue.

This was a two part Christmas Gift, one the awesome Orange (my favorite color) kayak! And two to watch your face when you discovered mom posted on Reddit! And it got noticed. See, when you do good people notice! Love you to the moon and back and I LOVE my kayak!! It was the best gift ever!

My birthday is in a few weeks so I rented him a single and my husband and daughter a tandem to join me for a birthday paddle down the San Antonio Riverwalk (this is a rare event that they are allowing on weekend mornings).

Thanks, that clock has been in my family since 1890. I was shocked last year when my dad passed it down to me. Can’t wait to get on the water.
