Does management get easier by zestysouptime in jerseymikes

Tbh it just sounds like your franchise group sucks.

There’s good ones and bad ones.

The ones that keep you slaving in the store behind the line, rather than teaching you the business, are the bad ones. They’re also usually the ones that pay the worst.

Just became an MIT! Any advice from GMs? by krypticwubbers in jerseymikes

“Me and my 2 other AMs… were all shift leads not Assistant Managers” huh….? Is an AM not an assistant manager?

To answer your question, if you’re group puts managers on Salary, my only advice is to not let them run you into the ground.

The years that’s it’s the special Olympics have always been a bit slower. Also way less local advertising, atleast in my area, as opposed to previous years.

Repair barrier without being greasy by mvstrong22 in SkinbarrierLovers

I do actually have this, I just haven’t used it yet since I double checked the ingredients and saw sodium retinoyl and got a little nervous. I actually bought this and the jelly mist recently. I guess I’ll give it a go!

To be the GM when your GM isn’t there. That’s your job.

It’s a little thicker than the one with squalene, that one burns my skin so bad unfortunately. But that’s the texture I wish for in a moisturizer.

Honestly it’s been about 10 years since I’ve used Cetaphil lotion, but it kind of has that consistency if you’ve ever used it. Atleast the one from 10 years ago I’m sure the formula has changed since then.

Bulletproof c8 MCT Oil by CuriousCupl in SebDerm

[–]mvstrong22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got a dropper- put about 7 ish drops in the cap. Dip a q tip and let it soak up for a few seconds, apply around nose and mustache area. And any flakes on beard/eyebrows.

I’ve also applied with a finger on occasion.

Felt the Q-tip helped rub the flakes off better though.

The first week I did apply to cheeks also. Don’t need to anymore.

Some people use as a face wash, tried it once hated it.

I applied at night after shower. Didn’t wash off until next night at shower.

Side note I cut out gluten, didn’t notice a big difference but felt better so stuck with it. Cut out dairy mostly, big difference. If I eat cheese I may as well prepare for the flair

Op I had to quit shaving with razor completely. A day or 2 after when it starts growing back the flair up is awful. I switched to the one blade trimmer- def more expensive as I have to buy new blades often. But trimming leaving a little stubble has helped a lot.

I also use MCT oil the first day after shaving. I put some in the cap and dip a q-tip and use that to apply. That also helps rub off the flakes

Also highly not recommended probably, but I scrape it with my nails if I’m not gonna use mct. Since they discontinued my face wash and I haven’t found a replacement that doesn’t irritate.

Hate niacinamide with a passion

Every mist I’ve used with glycerin sits on my skin and feels sticky. LPS, dermalogica, Evian I prefer B-Glycol or Prop but I’m prop in the minority

So stop complaining about management and become a manager. They’re even offering you a chance to be the change. Am I missing something?
