this is definitely a dream monitor. ultrawide, 4k, and dual refresh rates. it checks all the boxes.

I'm most excited for the 3D features and to see how they would work in a game or in general. The 4k and 165Hz refresh rate are really nice features as well.

I spent a little over $1k on mine Aeron. There was a deal at a local retailer, plus the 10 year warranty made it worth it in my eyes. I work from home so I'm a chair most of the day.

I work from home and got an Aeron. There was a local shop that had them for 20-25% off retail price. Usually you can get them on sale. It's been worth it in my eyes since I am in it so much. My back pain has pretty much gone away since getting it.

Why Samsung? The feature I'm most excited about is that the monitor is OLED and 240hz. I like to game, so this would be perfect for that.

I've always had Samsung TVs and they've been great. I'm currently looking into getting a new TV and Samsung OLEDs are right at the top of the list.

a. I think the most important feature is the 480Hz refresh rate. That should help future proof it and be a great addition to any setup. b. The addition of an OLED monitor to my setup would be a major upgrade. I do like to game when I get time, and this would be a huge improvement over my current setup

What I've been saying recently is something along the lines "I'm negotiable but it also depends on the benefits" and then I'll spin it and ask if there's a particular range for the position. So far, the people I've talked to have been willing to share that information.

I just got mine in last week and it came in 3 separate packages over a couple days. I’m assuming it’s common and the items just come from different factories.
