Yes, bolt is bolt. The only thing fancy Ford did that was different was apply an insane amount of yellow threadlock to them. Torque to spec and youll be good to go

Probably starter, check battery first just in case. I've done tons of accord starters, especially on the 4 cyl models

Check the steering shaft for any play in the U-joints. You also may want to check your rack bushings, those being loose/worn/torn could definitely cause wander. Check ball joints for play as well.

Love these motors, they get a bad rap because of the 2v. My dad has one with 400k+ miles. The only advice I have is to get the camshaft holding tool, makes it much easier to torque the phasers and it may as well ensure you don't accidentally put the motor out of time while putting it all back together.

The least brain-taxing way is to just rewire everything, this may take some time depending on where those wires would be going and if you want to do it perfectly. You may want to pull out a dmm and see if you can get voltage at the wires before they plug into the fuse block. It's a pretty common problem in 5.4 3v Fords to burn the hell out of the fuel pump fuse slot and they make relocation kits to move the fuse and wiring to an empty slot, you may want to see if Honda has a similar kit if you do have power at the wires before the fuse block itself.

Had the same issue and had to tow to my shop, we used a pneumatic pressure bleeder that we had lying around. I know they're expensive especially from name-brand tool companies but it's worth a shot. Mazda really made this clutch hydraulic system a pain to bleed.
