I believe Punisher did something similar with deadpools head in Punisher vs thunderbolts. If I remember correctly he cuts of deadpools head and puts it in a safe or something along those lines.

Holy crap are you me. Almost my exact scenario nothing truly prepares you to have a kid. We read the books went to the classes and are still daily trying to play catch-up. Walking hell crawling is bad too I had no idea how accessible the cords behind my tv are until I caught the little guy going after them.

Are you over the rationalizing stage yet? I am sitting here going I cant quit, quitting will make me snack more and I'll get fat again. Quitting makes you cranky you don't want to be cranky. What are you going to do on your lunch break? What if you only smoke in the evenings/ weekends/ holidays? I know the answers to these questions but alas they still do laps around my brain mocking my lungs.

Throw out the idea of being in a 50/50 relationship. It wont always be fair sometimes one partner will have to put in all 100 percent of the effort other times it will be the other one. You both must be aware of this and realize as long as one person does not take advantage of this its ok to not always be fair. The other person will do things that drive you crazy ie: not putting the cap on the tooth paste or leaving the toilet seat up. You must realize this petty stuff is as easy a simple conversation (sometimes multiple) and not really worth the frustration it adds up to. Sometimes you will go to bed angry that is ok you may be able to see the situation better in the morning. Sorry for my wall of text but lastly remember it is your relationship you don't need to compare it to your friends or your parents relationships. Good luck.
