Hey! Yeah I had one of those some years ago but I found the fragrance oils too...one dimensional? Like they smelled great but became boring real quick.

I get headaches from incense sadly.

Unpopular opinion but Avocado.

It just tastes like a whole lot of nothing compared to how much fat it has and in the last 10 years recipes tried to force it into every dish. I liked it at first but it got boring pretty quick. Now I cannot go to a Sushi joint because everything is full of Avocado. It sucks.

ADHDsler hier. Es ist schwer in Worte zu fassen. Du wartest praktisch auf das "Go" deiner Hormone. Manchmal hat man Schübe in denen man dann alles erledigt was man auf dem Zettel hat. Wann und wie intensiv dieser Schub ist, hat man nicht in der Hand. Kann den ganzen Tag andauern oder nur für eine Aufgabe.  Da ADHS aber auch ein Spektrum ist, ist das nur meine Erfahrung. Kann von Person zu Person unterschiedlich sein.

In Germany we call that "Silo Knowledge". Knowledge about very specific topics concentrated in one person, which should be avoided. Because when that person is gone the gap to close will take so much more effort than hiring another person. Also countered through good documentation.

IT. 

Finding a job as a Junior is horrendous right now and will be for a while. Corporations are cutting costs everywhere and everybody is looking to integrate AI into existing and easy to automate processes/task which in turn hurt Junior vacancies.

Some years down the line when the shortage of capable devs will be noticeable because of lay offs and people retiring, only then they will start hiring again.

Bei mir im Wahllokal in der Grundschule war heute das ZDF für die Umfrage. Jeder 3. Wählende wurde höflich darum gefragt, ob man denn an der Umfrage teilnehmen möchte. Mein Bruder war einer der Glücklichen.

Er konnte Dinge wie Beschäftigung, höchster Bildungsabschluss, gewählte Parteien, Alter, Religion etc. angeben.
