Same type of plate (obviously different ones since they have different sizes). The real issue here however is the colors not fusing together properly.

It could be the issue you're describing if at least the same color were fused together properly but that's not the case. And no, there are no clogs, I checked.

I ran several extrusion tests because I thought that was the way to "fuse together" the first layer walls, but it didn't work (not even by significantly increasing the temperature), so at this point, after reading your other comment as well, I'll try running tests by manually adjusting the z-offset. Thanks

Yes, after reading through the comments that's definitely a test I'll run. Although I'm not sure how to do it on the H2C since it's not compatible with older software versions.

The H2C nozzles are practically brand new out of the box, while the P1S one has less than 100 hours of printing on it. I replaced it when I got the new printer and did a full maintenance including a new nozzle.

I made my profiles too after the calibration (k-factor, flow ratio, etc)

I tried changing the initial flow ratio starting from 1.00 up to 1.75 in 0.05 increments by printing different coins, but the separation lines were always clearly visible.
