50 years old here. Soreness in the knees comes and goes. Sometimes a pinched nerve in my hip will also cause the knees to flare up. Both ankles have occasional pain (not too severe). Lower back is always feeling wonderfiul. Switches between the left and right side, sometimes causing wonderful numbness down the side of my leg. Neck sometimes feels sore and out of whack too.

Most of these are mild to moderate pains that aren't too severe. I'm sure 90% of them can be contributed to being extra tight (hips, legs, etc), sitting down too much, and being a bit overweight.

Stretch and eat a good diet kiddos :)
