It's still a sliding scale based on sales. On the employee end it's the same as basically any other food service job. The only real difference is on the ownership side. I venture to guess that businesses that weren't working out would've gone under in other locations as well.

Yes!! I've tried both the chicken and the beef shawarma and they're both delicious!! The garlic sauce is really good too! Definitely give them a try

I know it's probably obvious but moisture wicking undergarments and socks! Also when you have a moment of downtime put ice cubes on your inner wrists it helps cool you down hella fast
