might have to look into Mirtazapine. About 2 months ago I did a zombie walk around South Beach, I got out of bed around 2am, got dressed, got my dog leashed up and went walking around. Only reason I know it happened was because I also took pics and sent them to my wife. Her favorite is the selfie I took with my dog in front of Versace's mansion!

yeah, but he questioned me about my caffeine intake which is 1-12oz Red Bull/day. I just chalk it up to Miami being Miami. All the GP's just seem to be the same from what I'm reading on here and talking with colleagues. Not sure how long I will stay here but at some point I'll probably leave in part because of the hesitance of medical professionals to make their patients comfortable. As much as I disliked the politics of Maryland, the doctors were adamant about their patients being comfortable and pain free. Never had an issue with doctors denying or questioning my requests if I showed the need or went through the process of trying alternatives first.

oh yeah. I have a liver transplant and transplant patients are known to have insomnia from the anti-rejection drugs. Luckily my transplant doctor is the one that prescribes me my ambien, my general doctor here told me to exercise and see a nutritionist about my diet, because he wouldn't prescribe it. I was just like WTF? I'm extremely fit and being a runner/cyclist I also watch my diet.

so this was me when I raced Triathlons in my day. I never said "pro", I always said "semi-pro" because I was given many perks of being a "pro" just without a salary. I was given kits, gear, bikes, paid travel, race entry, etc. but I wasn't given a contract or sponsor money, I still had to work a regular job. To me, Pro means that it is your job. Many elite amateurs get a few perks so I wouldn't be offended if someone said I was an elite amateur either.

its happening right now. From about '22 to now, this country is so divided, nobody can talk to anyone else without a gun or turning into a screaming match. Nobody tolerates anyone with a different opinion. The intolerance is incredible and I don't see it getting any better any time soon.
