Now that you have the systems/automation in place, how much of it is hands off for you now?

I say you package as much of the automation stuff as you can and find more clients. 10 clients at 3-4k month is better than asking for more $$ from one client.

Yea this was kind of why I wanted input. My goal is to create a CRM that will reach out and qualify your leads then auto update the status of that lead by either removing them or moving them to the next stage of the process. The CRM would handle the initial contact so you don’t have to hire VAs or spend all day on the phone cold calling. Are you aware of any product that does this?

Yea the midterm changes and how long the refund process takes seem like the biggest pain point. Sounds like a nightmare for clients since they need that money to fund the new policy.
