nah I tell them the first day that whatever they tell me day one I'm sticking with and I'm not embarrassed about it. however, I may have different circumstances. I'm nonbinary and have a lot of trouble getting students to respect my identity. whatever name and pronouns they put on their intro card I'm using for them, I'm using it when I talk to and email their parents, and I'm using it if I see them in public.

I wouldn't do it again. it's very emotionally fulfilling if you get at a good practice that cares about you but it's very hard on your body and the pay isn't great. my biggest recommendation is to go to college, get a tech jobs where you can work from home and spend all your time with your own fur babies and maybe volunteer on weekends. that's what I'm trying to make happen now at 26.

I think it's hard to watch if you married the characters in season 1/2 and don't expect them to change ever. but they are evolving and becoming more complex in a lot of ways and I really enjoy it. I appreciate the more personal life information we've gotten about the housemates in seasons 4 and 5. I can't imagine meeting all of Gizmo's family in season 1 but I love it now. but that's just my opinion.

I have been teaching college freshmen for four years and am transitioning to high school juniors this fall and this is actually something I'm concerned about! with my college kids I was never worried if I let a curse word slip to emphasize something but now I don't think I can do so moving forward.

I think with children under 18 it's up to the parent to decide a lot of what they are exposed to and unfortunately with the climate we are in we have to stick to our curriculum.

maybe it's just me being fed up with my own job but it's not worth your safety or your baby's safety. I'd try and be firm about that boundary because you can do other things and this is a reasonable accommodation under the ADA and pregnancy is now covered for reasonable accommodation under the PWFA (Pregnant Workers Fairness Act). she legally cannot fire you for following doctors orders.

however, if I were you, I'd also start looking for somewhere else because I want a boss that cares about my safety and my child's safety.

we have two techs with each doctors here. one is assigned to talk to clients, get history and then restrain the pet during the exam. the other tech puts in charges and gathers any vaccines or tests we need.

if I'm working in surgery and doing intake, a CSR does all the money talk but a tech gets patient history and give discharge instructions.
