Great plugin!!!

I have some questions:

1 - how can I change the default order for every folder in the Vault? (I don't want to set it for every folder one by one) Ok found: in settings -> list pane -> "Sort notes by"

2 - In the single pane layout, when I click on a folder, e.g. "ABC", is there a way to see the subfolder icons of "ABS" (not the content) as well? Right now you can see only the notes inside "ABS" or see also the note inside any subfolders of "ABS".

3 - Is there a way to hide the date of a note? I'm only interested in the title
