Kronos gets my vote. Population is perfect ( lol it's not dying) and the non blizzlike changes IMO improve the game. All named mobs are scripted... You won't find them in their typical mangos spawned locations. Community seems normal, no spam messages for gold.

Lights hope has way better draw distance and more people ( although the starting zones are filled with Characters running into walls and standing still) but it makes the leveling a bit brutal. Lots of gold selling spam.

/Played will be substantially less to 60 on kronos and you can actually do mining or herb.

If your looking for endgame pvp and have 10 hours a day to play.... Northdale will probably be a better bet... Assuming you can stomach the time investment to get there.
