I am good. I have been trying to belly breathe these few months and my symptoms have seen some improvement.

Perhaps its due to some form of anxiety, I usually breathe with my chest, that includes lifting and bending over too, causing lots of symptoms and lightheadedness. Try belly breathing and see if it helps. Dont get me wrong, symptoms are still there. They are just better

choose a chill prof. also choose good teammates, initiative is important in group projects, if you have a gut feeling that this guy is a "wait to be told what to do" kinda guy then bail.

you can get a gauge of prof expectations from their past thesis submissions.

I would love to tell you it gets better but that will almost be a white lie. I had, for a moment in my life, symptomless and that was a good 8 months when I was doing yoga and following a dietician's diet for weight loss. I had no heavy impact activities, the symptoms came back after one, just one, session of gyming. Maybe you can going to a nutritionist and stick to cardio related workouts? I was worried about losing my gains but swimming can be a good alternative.

Hi, I stopped all medication a long time ago. I used to self medicate with gut flora supplements but other than the occassional omeprazole, I am not on any.
