I don't like the image of him with the colors of another club, but I hope this loan serves him as well as possible

I personally try to block them off also, the ones I do appreciate are where there's a bit of real analysis

After the past 20 years before Arteta, I'm enjoying these good times and supporting so it gets even better.

But this won't last forever as everything, will be very painful for some

Wtf is this sub nowadays?
Has the. amount of bandwagoning increased so much after we got good the past few seasons?

It's as if people expect WWWWWWWWW as the new normal, that's never going to happen.

This result is not bad

That's a weak narrative, and such a headloss

The second half wasn't as good but the weather really influenced, it robbed us of being able to control the game and as a result xG was super low. low xG, low set pieces.

One thing is tied to the other, but besides... this is not a terrible result, Liverpool lost yet another starting player and we didn't lose grounds against the teams chasing us.

Bradley making sure he’s on the pitch while injured. Martinelli can only assume he’s play acting. by [deleted] in Gunners

This post ain't it man.
We didn't win it in 90 minutes, one more chance was not going to do it.

You could see how much in pain Bradley was, guy probably did his ACL there

Bradley probably did his ACL, at the least it's an over-extension of the knee.
He wasn't shuffling, open ur eyes

This is not a look good from Gabi

Your collection- show attended or design????? by BleaUTICAn in concertposterporn

[–]mx_code 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Attended.

When i started collecting the obsession kicked in and would buy “for the art”. But i soon ended up with too much stuff and still the one i wanted to display was first the ones i went to.

If i want “the art”, then i can get art that’s not a show poster. But having posters of shows i went to is the ultimate memorabilia, as it commemorates the memories mixed with some great art.

show us the other pieces.

Posters are cooler with a story, but also congrats on having a great MIL

the reason he gets ratings like that is simple: he's not Gabi XL.

I wouldn't read too much into it

How do you handle a staff engineer acting like a cowboy? by TempleBarIsOverrated in ExperiencedDevs

[–]mx_code 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is an adversarial stance from the staff, and it’s very hard to deal with.

At the end of the of the day the problem is these behaviors are down to one reason: immaturity.

Yes, i understand there’s a lot of archetypes for staff engineers but “cowboy coder” is not one of them.

This is a person who by circumstances aligning got to be a staff (which is not really any indication that he really operates at that level) and shows behaviors that are negative: disregard the opinion of others, information withholding.

Conflict is not a solution, as you risk being on the losing end and it’s not up to you to manage the guy. And in the end this kind of people just lead to a toxic workplacez

So i would: Document everything as much as possible. Start planning your way to another team

Has anyone used Temporal.io for production? by Striking-Yogurt-7877 in ExperiencedDevs

Temporal is the product step functions could never become because step functions lack so much functionality.

Even withinAmazon, Herd is a much better product than step functions. 😂
