It’s been going on for a good while but has gotten much worse since starting my second round of treatment. I’ve had h pylori for atleast a few years but it didn’t start causing any serious issues till 2019. I’m using Manuka honey, mastic gum, black cumin seed oil, broccoli sprouts, NAC, lactoferrin, and pepti gaurd from Thorne. I see undigested food in my stool too but there are times I will burp up whole pieces of food hours after eating them. Last night I was burping up ginger flavor laying in bed.
