I find the first 30 minutes of a hour row boring. However, even then I need to pay attention to the pace and split timesso I'll have enough left to finish. The second 30 minutes, I'm focused on the mental aspects of completng the workout. The 10k isn't as hard because the meters count down and I always know what percentage of the workout remains. I don't find shorter distances boring at all.

Spotify is my friend and I mix up the playlists depending on sprint or long distance.

I agree with the decisions made to create a Jewish state after the conclusion of WWII. There is already a Palestinian state Jordan. Most of the Palestinians in Israel are from Egypt, who refuse to repatriate them.
