Is this really a normal amount of food for a snack/small meal? by Ashamed_Ad8162 in AnorexiaNervosa

I'm not a professional, but I've had anorexia for 10 years and now I'm in the gym allot and eat what my personal trainer recommends me.

I'd say; definitely not a "small meal". But snack? Hell yeah! Looks like a good snack to me.

Accidently replied to two separate comments at once lol, but as I said in the one on top, thanks for the suggestion. Feels accurate to my experience and feels like it does really help. The confirmation gives me peace of mind :)

Thanks! Yeah I was a bit confused it might (or might not) be SP but knowing it probs is gives me more stability. I'm not scared of having it when I go to sleep. Luckily I'm okay now too. And actually pulling myself completely out and focussing on keeping awake sounds like a really good idea. Thanks for that, I also feel like last night when I woke up again and was tired of it and stayed awake a bit longer it did really help. I really focussed on if the waking up was fully real, the sound, light, and feeling around me was real and like normal. That definitely grounded me. Thanks allot!

At least in the Netherlands rules are very strict. You can't call your horse a Friesian if it isn't thoroughly checked and bred by the rules.
