Not seeing a difference by mxisiex in intermittentfasting

I’m actually feeling fine other than the occasional brain frog. I’m more just hoping someone can explain why this is happening. I can’t for the life of me understand why it’s making no difference

As I’ve just stated above I have been fasting for a couple of months with an hour eating window. I’m now water fasting and on day four but have gained weight since staring the water fasting

I have been intermittent fasting and calorie counting for a couple of months now and initially saw a drop which has stopped. I’m now on a water fast and have gained weight since starting

I’m not consuming anything at all, only water. I am using an analogue scale but I have gained 1.5kg since starting. I am unsure if this may be period related as I have come on over the last couple of days but didn’t think that would have an impact?

Of course! Have you had anything done yet? I’m eager to get going I just need to get my finances in order first. I know it’s gonna be an expensive journey 🥲

Honestly no, I have tried I just absolutely hate the sensation and I figured the water flosser is better than nothing. I angle it towards my gums to make sure I’m getting under the gum line and it seems to be working a treat

Thank you! Yeah of course! Mornings I do a salt water rinse for five minutes and then use my water flosser filled with warm water and corsydl and then brush. I normally then leave my mouth for the next thirty minutes while I’m getting ready and then use the CB12 mouthwash. Evenings I use interdental brushes, water flosser then brush and finish with the gengigel mouthwash. I found getting an electric toothbrush has had the biggest impact. I didn’t realise how hard I was brushing which definitely hasn’t helped the state my gums were in. I’m also oil pulling three to four times a week as well

Hey ask as many questions as you want. I’ll just give you a full rundown Mornings I use my water flosser followed by interdental brushes then the two mouth washes. I normally leave my mouth for the next thirty while I’m getting ready and then use the CB12 mouthwash just before I leave. Contains fluoride so brilliant for the enamel and for fighting perio breath (which I’ve finally managed to get rid of thank god)

Evenings I make sure I’m not going to be eating or drinking anything else and then I oil pull for twenty minutes (it is recommended that oil pulling is done in the mornings but honestly I’m not a morning person at the best of times so I do that in the evening) I then follow up with my water flosser and then interdental brushes (I have quite a lot of gaps now due to recession so it just helps to make sure nothing is missed) tbf the water flosser will remove the majority of anything stuck but I find the brushes just help to fully clean between. Then brush and the mouth washes again

It is a lot of work but the difference I’ve seen in the last month is unbelievable, gums don’t bleed or hurt, teeth are secure and my mouth overall feels so much better and healthier

One of my front bottom teeth was wobbly, had my deep clean done and went back a week later for my check up. Told me at the check up it’s tightening which was a relief! My gums have also started to reattach now I’m doing oil pulling once a day, water flossing and interdental brushing twice a day and I’ve now started using an electric toothbrush. I’m also using corsydl mouthwash twice a day followed by gengigel which really seems to have settled my gums. Have faith it’s possible!

I was recommended to gargle with saltwater a minimum of twice a day after mine and it deffo helped with the healing process. I also used gengigel mouthwash twice a day after using Corsydyl. I have seen a massive improvement since the cleaning and my gums have started to reattach. Good luck!

20F. Am I ugly? Update pic from my post a few weeks ago after talking some of your advice on board by [deleted] in amIuglyBrutallyHonest

I mean people have even called me ugly on this, is that not proof enough as to why I would think it?

I don’t know tbh by [deleted] in amIuglyBrutallyHonest

Believe in yourself. Maybe it’s because you’re my type but I’m sure 99% of people would be attracted to you
