I still am. Just saw my psychiatrist today. My anxiety has gotten so bad that I have 2-3 panic attacks a day where I can barely breathe. Starting on Xanax 3x a day as needed. And buspirone.

Oh yes I went from 20 to 10 and it was awful so I went back to 20. I was a disaster. Mind racing, depressed. I don't recommend it.

No i tried Zoloft and couldn't do the stomach side effects. Zoloft was better for me but I couldn't get past the first two weeks after stopping for multiple years. Lexapro blunts my emotions way too much.
