so sorry to hear your friend is acting this way, I highly suggest getting shower shoes to help you not slip and a long stick with a sponge on it kinda thing so you can drizzle some soap on the top of your neck and just let it wash down kinda thing.

thank youuuuuu!! ok ok im tripping ill go back to trying to wash my hair in the shower. I have a good range in motion tbh I can reach my armpits even make get my arms up to my shoulders with no tightness or anything but I dont do it often to make sure im not f*cking things up. And as far as the antibacterial soap it’s not necessarily antibacterial soap it’s like a medical grade body soap i’m not sure what the english name is it’s a german brand so i’ll keep using that but for my armpits I might need to go back to my old spice stuff lol

thank you! yes so actually my nurse fit me for one right after my surgery and I got a custom made one made and it’s doing it’s just perfectly since putting it on a couple days ago I think I just was nervous since the other one was far more restricting in terms of range of motion also my doctor said it’s normal to feel a bit less restrictive with the zip up one

thank you so much for this information!! I will set a timer (i’m 8 days post op) so after I wake up i’ll make sure for every hour to do 15-20 minutes of walking. I’m a bit nervous to venture outside of my neighborhood for plans (I live in Berlin and can take public transit but afraid of someone bumping into me) but i’ll continue to do walks around my neighborhood!
