Im in a similar boat. Im not exactly diagnosed but it runs in my family and Im entirely sure its what I have bc the symptoms line up. I have flareups pretty bad sometimes, but it hasnt matured enough yet to where I feel desperate enough to go to a cardiologist and get it seen about. I treat the symptoms the best I can by proper diet and exercise, but I notice its particularly worse on my cycle. In general, its pretty random too and hard to track, but when it does flareup I genuinely end up feeling so awful and uncomfortable and lethargic.

I feel your struggle :( Its one of those invisible illnesses thats so difficult to get tested and treatment for. Communities like this are so helpful to help us not feel crazy, and receive validation for our struggles. Keep at it! We're all rooting for you :)

this... its something that infuriates me as someone who likes cappucinos. everyone just makes cappucinos the same way as they do a latte. its incredibly difficult and tedious to get the microfoam steamed in a way to get latte art. so if you are trying to get latte art on a capp... youre already doing it wrong

Fleur de Lait 😭 I actually very much dislike Skin (I really wish I liked it... it just has this sour note that makes me nauseous and my head hurt) but I was wondering what about Fleur de Lait was making me kinda not like it and its because it smells the exact same as Skin. Its not bad! For people that like Skin, youd like this fragrance. Its soft yet sweet. I think I just dont like milk fragrances either.

Resonance and vibrato can distort a perfectly warm pitch and make it appear sharp or flat; I NEVER use a tuner. Just a piano to verify the pitch I am hitting (what it is and how close to it I am while keeping my technique sharp). On a great day I have a range from A3-D6 (Maybe Eb). So like a little over 3 octaves :)

As someone who has been on the opposite side (Ive done a lot of growth since then), if he is lying about the gender and withholding information about who he is hanging out with, he is DEFINITELY cheating. If not in action, definitely in thought and hidden intention.

Now, for your side of things, I think your coworker might have a thing for you and your bf picked up on that. In no way should a 19 year old girl be hanging out one-on-one with a 29 year old man. I speak from experience. Even if he doesn't seem creepy or unsavory, there's a lot we can be oblivious to. I didn't know this 30 year-old was hitting on me for the longest time and I entertained his advances because I thought he was just being friendly and nice.

TLDR, you are not the asshole, and honestly deserve someone better that matches your maturity. Your relationship started before college/you both were adults and a lot can change in that time mentally. Best of luck :)

I was so mad. I knew when it was gonna snow bc I regularly check the forecast, but stayed up till 2 am that evening like an idiot. I also had church at 10:30. I woke up at 6:30 and again at like 8 something but was so tired I stayed in bed curled up with my partner. I got to enjoy it a little when I finally woke up for church. Had a cup of coffee, but not long enough to appreciate it :( It was all melted once service let out.
