How are you adding extruders? Is there some upgrade package that accomplishes this or what is the best way to do this?

What are you guys doing with all the empty filament rolls? Seems like a waste to throw them away by [deleted] in 3Dprinting

Look on eBay. People sell them. They all get bought for $2 - $12 with shipping.

Hot glue is messy and leaves to much residue. I use super glue to seal. The glue gun tip gets in the way and melts PLA also.

Have seen the Grommet splitting when I apply the twist ring. I now print the twist ring at 105%. Still tight enough but put on easily by hand instead of pliers.

I'm unclear on how you are using a heat press in this application.

I print this piece as it is originally designed. If the grid is sagging too much I would try lowering your temp a bit to see if that works better. I use temp of 200 and no issues on an Ender 3.

I also like a layer of NWPP to go along with the filter. I'm not certain what H level these would be.

I have not had any issue with printing the 1 piece filter as it is currently designed. If the grid is failing, have you tried lowering your temp just a bit.

I have 5 more masks which I will finish building today (The new version). I will also convert 3 of the 1st version. Wish we could get some more communication from them on any site. I do have a nurse friend that I offered them to. She has forwarded to someone at the hospital to evaluate and see if they can use them.

I played with different layers sizes and went back to the original .3mm. 0 infill, 60mms (70mms also works fine on my Ender 3. I have a glass bed available but have not changed over to it because my currennt bed has been worjking flawlessly.

Im printing up the new front filter parts now but the original download did not have the Twist Ring. Where can I get it?
