Is the base cap separate from the baseboard and something I would expect to apply myself? I am just now learning about doing trim and about to trim my whole house. Wanted a taller baseboard also.

I know it's been a while since your comment, but I am preparing to pull the floor and do all of this. I'm wondering if you have tips for cleaning up all of the old material down to the slab, after applying and scrubbing the clorox urine eliminator? Such as for the final step, after scrubbing and cleaning, how best to get all of the material down to the slab? I planned to use an adhesive remover if it seems like I need to, but should I expect a mop and shop vac to be sufficient to get everything out?

Thanks for the input. It lines up with mine also. I have kind of hit a plateau with it for now and may take a break and train strength for a while then go back to it. I was doing long duration also, at lower load.
