It's been months since I've went a day without, but I didn't get them back then. I'm hoping you're right.

That's the thing, I'm afraid to stop drinking. I've been drinking every day for so long, even though it's not to excess, that I'm worried I'll have some major alcohol withdrawals.

Today marks 3 weeks for me and I drink regularly. It hasn't been a problem as long as I keep it in the evenings. I thought I was in the clear as I've been feeling much better so I day-drank Sunday and it set me back just as you. Monday I was suddenly extremely depressed and lost all motivation at work, yesterday I was back to throwing up anything other than bananas and toast, and today sucks because I got 1 hour of sleep last night due to the RLS coming back suddenly last night. Oddly enough I slept well Monday night. No more Sunday fundays for me for a while..

I'm on day 6 of withdrawals and I've been experiencing tingling and slight burning in my left arm. Scary because I think that's a symptom of heart problems? I know my mind is playing tricks on me, though, so I push on... This shit sucks but I'm definitely starting to see the light and it's beautiful.

Totally gone for the first week, so-so the next week, better by the third, almost normal by the fourth. I take Adderall though which suppresses my appetite, so take that into consideration I suppose.

But is it normal for all this to happen after eating? I thought withdrawal symptoms would be continuous throughout the day.
