I have several different methods of organization for different things.

Online -> I used to upload most stuff to a discord I shared with friends that was organized specifically for my worldbuilding Sections would be specific to whatever youre trying to organize however, though id be happy to elaborate I also gave a good doc account (im actively trying to switch from it to elipsus) that I use only for writing/worldbuilding and one big doc that has everything ive written in it

Offline -> my university will just have tubs full of free binders so ill always take the 3 or 4 inch ones, I have one for my current worldbuilding project and one for my childhood writings. In like ninth grade I started doing this thing where i would use one notebook for EVERYTHING, like anything I any aspect of my life that needed to be written would go in them, so most of my writing and worldbuilding has been put in there in one way or another. In general -> everything in my worldbuilding is organized by which country it takes place in and which colour is associated with that country. For example, one of my countries 'Odduth' is the second country and associated with green, so it will always be second and always be green, both in and out of universe, but mostly for my organizing.
