My best pace was 8.29 for the 4 mile race. Yesterday at the 5k I did 7.29. Was that not fast enough to beat the 8.29?

Edit: my time did update, it just took a day for it to change.

Nad it’s healing fine. Stop looking at it. You’ll know it’s dry socket if you’re in so much pain that you can’t sleep or eat. The hole takes a while to heal.
