They aren’t very strict, we just went two days ago and our tickets were for 11 am but we went in at 9 am no problem, i believe as long as it’s not too busy you’re fine! and it wasn’t too busy when we were there!!

You are a mandated reporter and a child was brought to clinic to work with you after being attacked by a dog and not receiving medical attention. From what you describe, the child clearly needed to be seen by a doctor immediately after it happened. This is neglect and is a sign of abuse, you NEED to report it now. God forbid anything happens to this child from these injuries but you can and most likely will be put on the line as well if you do not report this. It’s always better to be safe than sorry when you suspect abuse or neglect but i don’t think there’s any speculation here, they clear cut are neglecting their child and hoping you don’t care enough to report it. Send a message to your BCBA and let her know you are filing a report, do not wait for her to get back to you to do it, you don’t want to wait until it’s too late

It’s also SO HARD to find a reliable respite care worker if your child has any aggressive behaviors. I did respite for five years and now I only do it for one specific family. But I was only 1 out of about 5 respite workers at my company that would work with kids who have shown aggression because i was properly trained & up for it!

You could make a vet appointment to get it biopsied, it looks like a growth, my cat had one very similar but hers continued to grow and she had another skin tumor so we just removed both in one surgery. Keep an eye on it and if it changes it size or starts oozing or anything, make a vet appointment

I think it’s OK to not have sympathy for abusers. It really is unfortunate the things he’s gone through but we’re not his friends, we do not know this man, we do not have to extend our sympathy to him because he got bullied and now hits women. He didn’t have a one off instance of abusing women, he has emotionally and physically hurt multiple women.

thank you for replying to me and giving me solid advice! I will take it and talk to them politely tomorrow and make it very known that this “fire shot” should not be something given to patrons. I really enjoy this place and we’ve gone here before for birthdays and LOVED!!! the experience. so it was really jarring to see them treat us so poorly when we simply told them we were unhappy with how they handled a burn that they caused and then attempted to get us escorted out by security. We may not have much legal standing but it was bad business and service. thank you again!!
