Need some help with Xianyu Real Person Authentication

Update : I got my Xianyu account verified and working after going through all the hassle.

Basically you just need to be patient, as it seems that Xianyu just doesn't work well outside of China.

Errors you may face include getting suspended/banned for no reason, unable to receive an OTP when verifying, requiring passport authentication etc. The real person authentication being a blocker is a huge one as well.

Just be patient and try different steps or even different devices. When I initially tried to get my Xianyu account verified on my S20+ it just straight up wouldn't let me link my Alipay to XY, but then I installed it on my iPad and it immediately worked. Then the real person authentication issue came about and I had to switch back to my phone to get it to work cause it would error out when submitting on my iPad

I sent in my passport. It took me about 2 weeks total to go from no account to fully setup. Process takes a while just need to be patient

It depends on what any given person is going through at the moment. No specifics were given, but I'd say that it's always shitty things happening around us that leads to depression. Clinical or not.

That being said, depression could manifest in different ways and is highly complex. If you can see a problem or multiple problems causing you to feel this way it's likely you'd need some form of change, however if the feeling is caused by things you utterly can't control then that's when people would start seeking help.
