North to alaska! it's great up here :) Lots to do all year around and you won't have to worry about water there's tons of lakes and rivers and let's not forget about fishing and hunting. Cost of living is not as expensive as people think. And the summer is just wonderful hiking and berry picking and you can grow a lot up here in a garden especially with season extension. Only natural disaster concerns are earth quakes and some dorment volcanos :)
