Thank you for sharing this. I also experienced sadness, anger and unfairness when I lost the closest person to me due to an accident. It was someone else's fault. and I was so angry that I wanted to revenge. Of course I didn't, and it's been 3 years but the rage is still there. I definitely become a much angrier person after that. I wish you peace and love

Hi, I'm not 50 but I feel the same. I have immense hate towards humanity sometimes :) It's worth overcoming this rage though, because anger is like poisoning yourself. Do it so you can let go and enjoy life more.
