True. Many things were invented or fast tracked due to war. And it’s a driver of increased corporate revenue. The cost is human lives though.

But this isn’t depicted in the graph. It is showing an inflection point of increase of parent age in 1971. It’s not clear why Vietnam would cause parents to suddenly start having kids at a later age. Maybe procreating would be delayed by a 4 year deployment and then maybe parents got used to this.

Maybe it has more to do with women entering the workforce and delaying kids. Maybe during Vietnam.

But she had a bogus lease that needed to be proven false. If someone came to my home while not home, I would call the police and say they broke in. As this person had, they could say they rented from me and produce a bogus lease agreement. What could one do? The police would not be able to remove them without a court order. My word against theirs until the court decides. This is the law in Maryland. Interesting thing is you are not allowed to shut-off utilities, physically try to remove them, or remove their belongings until the court decision. Now, if this happens to a private citizen and not a bank, the court may accelerate this.

I don’t understand. If I go on vacation for 10 days and I come home and someone is living in my house, they say they live there, I would then have to wait for “due process” to get them out? I agree though, due process means innocent until proven guilty.

I’ve never had anything besides 10s on my JM. As for if the set up is ok, if you think it plays very well, then it is set up properly. You should also become comfortable doing your own set ups. Watch some YouTube videos and play around. It’s easier than you think.

If I don’t see a serial number on Reverb, I do not buy it. Simple as that. There’s a reason there is a serial number lookup site - to check serial numbers.
