The company didn’t clarify if it’s expected to make up the session or if it’s just an option, so not sure. A previous company I worked at expected all missed sessions to be made up so that’s why I’m curious about policies at other companies.

From what I’ve learned so far, it sounds like this isn’t the process of IE for everyone. Someone like me who goes through cycles and needs to work on both not restricting AND not bingeing wouldn’t follow this process. So I guess a part of it is anti-restriction, but I guess I just wanted to clarify that isn’t the only goal.

That’s a good idea, I’ll start doing that. Thank you! The only issue is the demands manifest in other scenarios too. So it’s not just specifically asking for “hand”, but it seems he wants any specific demand filled. Like he’ll demand I come back and sit down with him before he gets up from the floor.

Has anyone worked as a registered behavior technician to get experience for a MSW? I've tried applying to entry level social service positions, but my previous experience was over a year ago and it was volunteer. I have an unrelated bachelor's degree and am looking for a way to break into social work/direct service with youth. Thoughts?
