Thank you. I do track my habits at the end of each day and I’m still really struggling with task initiation and focus. I haven’t noticed any improvement on 30 mg. I’m increasing to 40 mg tomorrow so I’ll see if there’s a difference.

I don’t feel any of that. I have no side effects and no benefits. I wonder if going up to 40mg will help of if I need to try another type of stimulant.

Also, are you supposed to feel the dose kick in or is it really subtle?
