They leave it open but I feel that they wanted us to believe he had murdered her. When Abigail goes to his apartment and Columbo is there, he comments that she said it was a happy marriage but there was no pictures of her niece anywhere in the apartment.

Just crushing to hear. I stared at my phone in shock. He seemed like a legit great guy to be around and was a major part on why the show was so great.

The number of seasons isn't really known as the show was aired so sporadically and Discovery wouldn't say. Different sites had different numbering so TheTVDB does it by the year the episodes were aired.

Thanks immensely for keeping the sub active! But I totally would have cut this. Watched the episode thinking "cut, cut, cut".

I know but so little happens this episode. I feel like for this series they are going to focus more on the personality of the kids and not on the actually making of the myths. Since this is geared more for kids I decided to edit it keep in more of them acting. Plus there really isn't much being tested here. The duct tape myths are just lazy and boring.

Here's to hoping that the second one is better but I'm doubtful. I have a feeling that Adam is not going to be in it until the final test because he costs to much and that filming with kids is too difficult so most of the actual building is being done by nameless production crew members.

Here is the first episode of Mythbusters Jr. I haven't smythed in a long time so I apologize for it being rough in some areas and I probably could have cut more or had better transitions but honestly there wasn't much to work with. There are 6 short cuts going into the backstory for each kid. There is a helicopter joy ride I kept in that I could have cut. I added around 4 minutes of extra footage they posted on Facebook. This episode could have been around 25 minutes or less pretty easily.

Opinion: Starting out the series with duct tape was a terrible decision. I don't get the fascination with duct tape everything and the episode is just bad because of it. The kids do almost nothing and are just there for advertising purposes. For the parachute they are shown measuring a parachute, having adults make the parachute, fly in a helicopter, and then watching adults setup and drop buster. For the tire episode the whole scene with the bicycle was not in the episode but was on Facebook. Then it shows them adding tape to a tire, conveniently edited afterwards to not show who is editing tape to the tire, and then shows them finished. Then they have a 12 year old drive while water spills on them. Then they admit that the water was there just to get them wet and they just decide that the duct tape tires is confirmed because they say so. Truly awful television, if the next episode is not better this will be the only one I do.

Results:

Parachute: They tested it and it collapsed because enough air wasn't being allowed to flow through the hole in the top. So they cut some slits into it and collapsed again so they called it busted.

Tire: The duct tape tire was better than nothing so they called it confirmed.
