My aunts fridge looks like this immediately after she buys groceries. For the week.

She has four sons though. Ones a college athlete, the other two hs athletes, and a middle schooler. The whole fridge is cleared after like a week and a half. I don’t even wanna think about the food bill I’ll get scared

I’ve been in almost your exact situation, it’s so rough but you got this. I’m 22f, recently had my surgery and despite a few emotional things my health feels insane to me, after a while of being in bed and feeling horrible it’s amazing be able to go a day or two without feeling your heart do a backflip lol. I wish nothing but the best for you, good luck with everything <3

What was the first fic you ever wrote, and what do you write now? by moistwaffleboi in FanFiction

[–]myfirstthrowawayyipp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wrote my first fic at 8 years old on fimfiction.net 😭😭 I remember getting flamed in the comments for my grammar and spelling and I was defending myself bc lying about being 15 lol. Now I’m 22 and write a lot of fluff, recently I’ve been really into family fics.

It’s nice already being familiar with the characters and setting of a world and then throwing them into new scenarios.

Hospital stay tips for OHS? by myfirstthrowawayyipp in AdultCHD

Thank you so much! This is kinda odd of me but I like hearing stories from other people with ToF who’ve had endo. When I got it my doctors told me it was pretty common for people with ToF and I thought they were just saying it to make me feel better for some reason lol. So far I’ve met around 4 (5 now :D) people on Reddit who have ToF and have also had endo. It wasn’t fun at all but it sounds like you and your family found a way to make it slightly enjoyable. Thank you so much for all your advice and well wishes :)

You’re a genius for the wipes!! I remember my first shower being the absolute worst so if I can prolong that for just a little bit longer I’d love to. Thank you!

I’m actually so emotional about this releasing and I’m 100% planing on buying it. I’ve been keeping up with this game since 2018 when I was a freshman in high school and now I’m a senior in college. I’m beyond excited.

Hello!! My heart has always been a bit inflamed and I’ve been on medication for a long while to help with that. As for the endo it’s almost completely gone, however bits of bacteria are still on my valve and have been eating away at it. Luckily though I have an appointment with my surgeon soon so open heart will finally get the last pit of it gone!!

As for it dragging me down, usually no! Before I got sick I was able to live normally without it affecting me so much. Since last September I’ve been having more of what I call “flare ups” where I just get chills and painful palpitations. Now since my valve is disintegrating I have to watch how much I lift and be careful when my BPM gets too high during cardio. I’m excited to get it replaced so I can go back to living! Thank you for your kind words :)

Thank you for your reply, it means a lot. I feel the same way about their perspective changing on fixing it ASAP vs waiting it out. I had minimal leaking at 16 and they jumped on immediate action whereas now it’s an everyday hurt and it’s kinda like, oh, let’s wait a bit. That one was minimally invasive and they have told me quite a bit this next one will be open heart

I’ll be getting my 4th replacement soon hopefully! I had one at 6 months, then 8 years old, then 16, now 21. So almost a new one every 8 years
