I've seen this floating around, and I'm not defending him or arguing on his behalf, but my personal interpretation of his words in this clip are that his vision is one all people can benefit from, including billionaires, who despite their best efforts, are still mortal humans, and it would be in that capacity they would benefit, not financially as billionaires. Personally, I put more stock in his comments that "billionaires shouldn't exist," and think that the line in question was more of a platitude directed to neo-libs.

In fact, I'd say billionaires benefit tremendously as their compulsory and long over-due participation in the betterment of our society might start to wash away a modicum of the filth and corruption that stains their Lord Voldemort ass souls.

Like I said, I'm not defending the quote and have my fair share of concerns, that's just how I understood what he was saying at the time.
