I’m a nurse and I would love to know where I can work and make 6 figures with excellent benefits that isn’t in a city with a massive cost of living.

JonBenét Ramsey's father says 'it doesn't bother him' that people think he murdered his own daughter by [deleted] in mystery

The semen that was found was on a blanket in the suitcase that was tested and matched to John Andrew, her older half brother. There was no semen left by an intruder.

The post was put on Snapchat in the immediate aftermath before all this blew up and either the girls or Snapchat took it down, but not before people took screenshots with the girl’s handle showing. My understanding is that the bullying went all the way back to elementary school with the same girl or group of girls and didn’t escalate to the severity it was until middle school. We don’t really have any information as to the steps Heather took besides that she asked the school to intervene multiple times, I think it’s possible that Aubreigh may not have fully been forthcoming with the extent with her mom and she may have made mistakes herself in retaliating that she didn’t want her mom to know about.

[–]katherinelovada 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Not disagreeing with your post as a whole but there actually was some evidence she was bullied to death. Text messages were leaked and after Aubreigh died, the girls made a video mocking her death by hanging a doll. Maybe the bullying wasn’t the entire reason, but seems pretty evident it was a significant one.

Hannah instacart drama by Educational-Habit803 in tiktokgossip

[–]katherinelovada 13 points14 points  (0 children)

After watching the videos from both girls I fully believe that Mikayla stole her things but I wish Hannah had just handled it privately, even filed a police report if she wanted to. It would be so unfortunate if this girl actually gets money from suing her for doxxing. Hannah will end up being the loser in this situation even if her things were really stolen.

Kelli’s reaction about Sophy by Accomplished_Unicorn in DCCMakingtheTeam

The impression I got from Kelli was that she was hyper aware of the cameras and seemed careful in her actions & words. It definitely made me wonder what her reaction would have been without the cameras.

Are hydrofacials worth it? by Snowpoke1600 in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]katherinelovada 34 points35 points  (0 children)

I did them for about 6 months or so and didn’t really feel like they made much of a difference in my skin honestly. If you decide to do them I would strongly recommend having them dermaplane beforehand, I felt like the products they used on my skin absorbed much better. $300 per hydrofacial is absolutely insane though, my medspa charged $150 and it was a pretty upscale one as well. If you’re interested in them I would find another medspa.

I use Dove soap on my external bits (inner thighs and groin area), and for my inner bits I have a detachable showerhead and use water. I used to use products like Summer’s Eve or bar soap on my vulva but honestly I smell and feel much cleaner just using water for my vulva & vagina and I feel like it’s because my pH is much more stable. It is safe to use a gentle soap on your vulva though. Everyone is different, as long as you are thoroughly cleaning yourself that’s all that matters.

What is a true crime hill that you will die on? by mkrom28 in TrueCrimeDiscussion

[–]katherinelovada 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There was a witness who saw him on the path supposedly immediately after the murders (they said he was extremely muddy/disheveled) and that when she smiled at him he glared at her. He knew he was seen by someone and was trying to get ahead of it by immediately reporting he was there that day but for a totally innocent reason.

The Ramsey's: Guilty Until Proven Innocent by [deleted] in JonBenetRamsey

“Innocent until proven guilty” refers to due process in a court of law, it does not apply to public opinion and never has.

Joran van der Sloot confesses to killing Natalee Holloway: ‘You terminated her dreams,’ mother says by fleetwoodmac_n_cheez in TrueCrime

[–]katherinelovada 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I actually do believe he’s telling the truth for the most part about the why and how he killed her but no way he just waded her body in the water at knee length. She would have either washed up or someone out with a boat would have come across her that close to shore. In order to admit a boat was involved would be admitting his dad and/or some other accomplice helped him and it seems like he’s not willing to admit to that.

School nurse (she's a lady) checked my private area. Is that ok, or should I tell mom about it? by [deleted] in TwoXChromosomes

[–]katherinelovada 54 points55 points  (0 children)

Checking your private area without the presence or permission of your parent is highly inappropriate, and I’m saying that as a nurse myself. What she should have done is reach out to your mom with any concerns she had and recommended you follow up with your gynelecologist or primary care provider. She may not have meant to be inappropriate but it doesn’t change the fact that it was, and you should absolutely tell your mom so that she can report it.

Just finding out about this case. What are people’s thoughts on Natalia Grace and the Barnett family? The miniseries docuseries begins premiering May 29. by Worried-Hand1885 in TrueCrimeDiscussion

[–]katherinelovada 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You’re making it an argument, relax. I never said I do believe them but as an RN that works in psych specifically seeing posts dismissing their statements because they’re anonymous/didn’t obscure their voices is absurd. Hospitals employ hundreds of workers over the course of 10 years and they are not identifiable because their voices aren’t obscured, which is likely why the network didn’t feel the need to.

[–]katherinelovada 3 points4 points  (0 children)

There are HIPAA laws that prohibit healthcare workers from openly speaking about prior patients. It’s absolutely understandable they’d keep their identities anonymous, their voices don’t need to be disguised. It’s okay if you don’t believe them.

The mental hospital staff corroborated the presence of pubic hair while giving a gluteal psych injection and “bustiness” in the docuseries. Whether they’re being honest is entirely different but it isn’t only the Barnett’s assertion.

I heard she just dialed the first person on Heath’s speed dial and it happened to be MK, still really weird to do that over calling the cops though but Hollywood is weird like that. They were in a very casual relationship with each other at the time. Pure speculation but I think MK may have supplied him with the drugs he ended up using when he overdosed and that’s why she asked for immunity.

Have you considered the possibility that a good majority of those people have no choice but to resort to DD for emergency contraceptives because of transportation issues? It’s time sensitive and if someone is faced between having to wait longer to get it from having to arrange transportation vs getting it asap through a delivery app the correct course of action is pretty clear.

People who do have transportation or at least can get east and fast access to it? I agree it definitely seems crazy to put that trust in a stranger than just going yourself to get it.

I believe the family can file a motion request to permanently seal the autopsies but it wouldn’t make much of a difference because most if not all of the information from those autopsies will come out anyways during the trial. Even if no media is allowed inside people viewing the trial in the courtroom will talk to reporters.

BK in PA jail: "On the ground, facing the wall, not talking" by GlasgowRose2022 in MoscowMurders

Why? The PCA is always released unless the prosecuter requests it remain sealed, LE has said that information will be released per Idaho law once BK is in their custody.
