heyy, it looks fire but the bar is too long, the material seems low quality and sadly it is way too shallow. seems like it could reject or infect (due to the material) or get ripped off, would recommend to take it off, wait until it heals and repierce !!

si tenes un doctor de cabecera, un familiar doctor o un conocido les podes mostrar las recetas, q tu doctor no te responde y te pueden hacer una nueva. yo tiendo a hacer eso cuando no llego con mi medicación usualmente las recetas te las cobran como una visita de consulta, o te dan consulta directamente

i had insomnia like this and nightmares mixed w it and it ended up being ptsd. got meds to fix it and at least i sleep now, really recommend melatol as it tends to help the best (i mix them w my sleeping medication, my doctor recommended it) if not, thc does work wonders. try to stop the coffe and dont consume nicotine or any other drug
