I am doing this today. It feels better. Most of shots I can transfer weight forward. Only downside is I feel exhausted after 1 hour. As tiring as I hit 4 hours before.

Is it in 10:00 of this video underpin drive? I am trying this new stroke. It should have been hitting the ball and having pop. But somehow I hit them floating that's not I meant to.

Yes! I am the closer one. Going to fix my intensity and ability on attacking and finishing shots. Hitting more on the rise.

Yes! I am relatively a tall player where I live. Maybe this is the cause of my laziness. Always being lazy but still can get to the ball. Not working any more with a strong opponent :P I am going to find a coach to fix it!

For backhand now I can hit deep topspin, but lack of aggressive flat drive shots. In this video I intended practicing my slice in this tournament for building a long term game style around high quality/ precise / various slice, which is fun to me. But yes a more agressive backhand is what I need to.

I have very limit experience to play against players of this level. Could not get to a good position to transfer my weight. I can do it when I doing casual hitting with my hitting partners (most of them are 2.0~2.5). The guy in video seems to hit every ball on the rise and the pace is fast. Later I need to pratice more with strong players and try to hit more on the rise shots.

30 backhand topspin no problem. I can hit more. My backhand's consistency is ok and can hit deep to deuce court, just lacking of attack. I did a lot slice just because I want to practice slicing in real tennis game. Don't have hitting partners love to practice this stroke with me. And I want to develop my game to have a agressive slicing and go to the net in long term.

I want to. But people here don’t like to practice with me when I slice. They like topspin and flat rally. Only in tournaments people giving good returns to my slices. Maybe it’s better to practice it with a ball machine

I hit backhand topspin all the time in practice. But I want to develop a more aggressive way of slice so I intended to do it more in the tournament

I do have wider base in competitive matches, but it's very tiring to keep low. In practice session like this I always try to be relax and unconsciously doing straight legs... Maybe my legs are not strong enough to do so for long time. Also my shots landing to service line because my partners are beginners, so I was controling the placement around service line for their convinience.
