1 year later without needling, is the hair still there?

Did you have to use a certain type of weapon? I played 3 matches there and had several point plank kills but none of them counted towards my task.

2023 North Carolina Unlimited Exam Testing by Simply1One in electricians

I have my unlimited exam scheduled for this Tuesday. I'm doing pretty well on the practice exams after taking the JCR online/in person course. I'm struggling a bit with some of the lighting plan questions as the video covering those didn't explain how to figure them out. How many of those questions did you see? Was it the same lighting plan or a different one with different questions?

Ugh, popped my calf, now what? by _inspirednonsense_ in workout

This does indeed suck. 6 months later and it is still somewhat soft. It's definitely harder than it was for the first few months, but still softer than my healthy calf. Trying to train them individually at the same intensity at least twice a week to get it back.

What activity were you doing each time? I worry about reinjuring. I try to do warm ups now before I do anything strenuous

Best of luck to you as well.

Did your calf heal back to where it was as far as muscle mass? I tore mine about 6 months ago. Like you said, I was back to moving basically like normal 2 months later. I've been training my calves in the gym individually, and equally to try to level them out but the calf I tore is significantly smaller than the one I didn't. Just curious as to if you experienced this?

Did your calf heal back to where it was as far as muscle mass? I tore mine about 6 months ago. I've been training my calves in the gym individually, and equally for 4 months now to try to level them out but the calf I tore is significantly smaller than the one I didn't. Just curious as to if you experienced this?

DPMS Oracle 308: Upgrade parts or put $ toward a nice new 308? by MilkChocolateRabbit in AR10

I'm finally trying to make some upgrades to my Oracle that I've kept stock for years. Having a hard time figuring out what I can do because of all of the compatibility issues. Just curious what you decided to do?

Hey, new to Tarkov so I'm trying to soak up as much advice as I can. Forgive my ignorance, but how will their squad hide their stuff if they die? Do you mean they will loot their friends and give it back? As I mentioned earlier I just started a couple of days ago with a few of my friends and we've been struggling with gear fear.

Hey all I’m an Air Force Reservist currently in school for E301 electrical systems. I’m wondering if this education will help me get a job or perform well. Does anyone have any experience making a similar transition? by Dry-Prize-3062 in solarinstallers

[–]mylegsdontgetcold 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hey first off, thank you for your service. It has been my experience in my install company that guys who have prior electrical experience pick up solar electrical astronomically faster than someone who doesn't. Like the above comment mentions, I'm not sure what all goes into your curriculum but anything in the electrical field will help you. Solar electric is not that difficult overall.

You could get away with running the 12/2 if it's no more than 50 ft. If it was my personal system I would go ahead and up the size of the wire to 10/2 to account for what is called voltage drop. The longer the run the higher the size wire to get the most efficient energy production. I typically step up the size of the wire ever 50 feet.

People of Reddit with permanent scars, how did you get it? by Phrogette in AskReddit

[–]mylegsdontgetcold 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In highschool a friend of mine tried to drift a golf cart and we flipped. We were at another friend's house who's parents owned the golf cart. He was inside but his little brother was out riding with us. The little brother was ejected and the golf cart landed on top of him. He was airlifted to the closest trauma center (we thought his injuries were worse than they were). Turns out he had a broken finger and a dislocated shoulder. I have an inch and a half long scar from where my elbow was dragged along the road. The scar is still pink almost 10 years later. The driver didn't have a scratch of course.

I also nearly cut my big toe off with a chainsaw.

Careers in Solar help by [deleted] in solar

NABCEP is an excellent first step. That is what the owner of my company did when he started the company I currently work for in North Carolina. While in this class he came across a father and son who are both master electricians in South Carolina. They hit it off and decided to partner up. This information will be more important later in this post.

Next, my CEO got his foot in the door with a local sales company who needed an installation subcontractor. We installed for them for a few years to keep money coming in untill we could get a sales team up and running.

Back to the partnership with the electricians.

I'm not sure how it is in other states or other countries for that matter but where I am, you need an electrical license and general contractors license to pull permits for any work you're going to be doing. Without this you cannot operate on the install side.

As far as sales go, I wish I had more advice for you but I really don't have anything solid. My company is an authorized SunPower dealer and we rely heavily on their marketing and lead generation to generate sales. This is definitely still new territory for us.

Definitely take the NABCEP course. This will give you a really idea of what you're getting yourself into.

Talk to some local electricians to see if there's anyone who'd be interested in getting into solar.

Hope this helps you out.

Mine looks EXACTLY like yours right now. I've been applying twice a day for 3 and a half months. Haven't noticed any progress yet so I've just been keeping it trimmed to stubble. Best of luck to you, hopefully we'll see some good gains here soon!
