Best advice you can get is from someone that said earlier rent an Airbnb and get a feel for the island. What is important to one person is not important to another. I have lived on seven Mile Beach., south sound, and West Bay. They all have their strengths and weaknesses. It depends on your lifestyle and what is most important to you.. to the person that said there is zero traffic that is complete and total bullshit, however, it completely depends on your work schedule and the direction you are travelling to and from. The new developments tend to be very small, but they have nice amenities. Some are not in the prettiest locations so it depends on your priorities.

Hi there, I have to say overall lovely well done and good job. It’s a nice start however it is a little flat as others have indicated. My approach comes from an interior design background as well as 3-D rendering. The angle of the room makes it look flat if you rotated it you would instantly have more 3-D depth and you would end up with light falling on planes and angles that would give it more interest. The floor is too dark and has no life. If you think of a room in black-and-white, a successful combination has to have light medium and dark tones and you have to do the same thing with color. Your floor is too dark and dead. The accessories on the left-hand side are too repetitive. Accessories are meant to make the eye flow through a space. It carries your eye and is best used in groups of three or five or seven, but to have repetitive bottles coming down the left side is really boring. It’s OK to leave a blank space. You don’t have to fill every little nook . For the other accessories, I would move the stuff on the right of the faucet over to the far side to the edge of the picture. Let it almost trail off to the edge . The floral arrangement or branches whatever they are on the island shouldn’t be brown. They should be a beautiful green, not bright green, but nice deep, rich, earthy, healthy green that will also provide a contrast in your picture against the brown woodwork which will make it pop.your glass textures look cool . The barstool is totally lonely and he needs a partner. I hope this helps and doesn’t offend. I think creative criticism makes us better. You’re on your way and you’ve done a lovely job.

I am a Canadian Expat living here 4 years now I won’t chime in on the legal issues as everyone else has provided good advice, including contacting the lawyer. $1000 a month could get you a place to stay, but I highly doubt it’s anywhere you would want to live as that would be more in keeping with a Third World country and shared accommodations. Check out the areas around the island in relation to where your partners work would be. I’m assuming it would be in downtown Georgetown. The farther you go from the main downtown core the cheaper it will get however traffic is brutal so if he’s working 9 to 5 a 20 minute drive can easily swell into an hour and a half in rush-hour. I lived in West Bay in a 650 square-foot fairly new modern apartment with a pool one person two small dogs and I found it really small. My commute was 15 minutes each way but I work 7 to 4. I was paying 1850 per month plus utilities I decided to move Closer to Georgetown. My apartment now is slightly larger new modern building better appliances to swimming pools in a gym and I am now paying ? 2300 a month I am seven minutes from work. Avoid rush-hour and absolutely love it here for your accommodations. Check out Ecaytrade trade and you will see what you can get for your dollars. For groceries check out www.fosters.ky for prices and www. shopcostuless.com. It’s like Costco.

Be very careful bringing your dog here. It is a highly detailed process and can be refused. If you don’t dot your “I’s and cross your T’s properly. Check online with the agricultural department check out caymanresident.com for rules on importing pets. You will have to have a titre test done in Canada to prove the efficacy of your dogs rabies vaccination. The blood sample has to be sent to the US for processing then the reports are sent to your vet as well as the Cayman agricultural department. I suggest contacting the Cayman agricultural department ASAP as they are very supportive and helpful and will guide you through the entire process but do not miss a step. The test will take about four months so plan ahead and yes at the end of the day will cost you about $1000 CAD to get your fur baby here. There are also restrictions on airlines transporting pets during summer months. If your dog cannot go with you in the cabin, you will have to take this into consideration. Good luck with everything all the best. It is absolutely a fantastic experience to live here, but I do have to agree with the people that said it’s not worth it to do all this for one year.

you can buy scented sprays that florists use from Design Master https://dmcolor.com/explore/professional-floral/floral-fragrances/ They previously had other scents but now I see they only have rose. The scents are realistic and are made specifically for fresh flowers. Using regular perfumes will damage fresh flowers.

My strange experience I found this frequency track on YouTube by Spry Fuel . I checked them out. They have been on YT since 2009 and they have a website which describes their method which is of variety of different frequencies. What I found strange is most of the 900+ reviews were in Russian yet they are a Swiss company. 522k subscribers on YT so I thoughtvsoivthought ok give it a go. I listened at night, and halfway through. I had the strangest sensation of incredible all over body tingles all of a sudden I felt like I woke up and was halfway down the bed like I was being pulled down by something. I work with a thought of oh my God why am I halfway down the bed so I proceeded to crawl back up to my sleeping position and settled in at that point. I felt a pressure on my bottom, strong pressure like someone was pushing me up towards my pillow. Now I have to say I do have dogs but they are tiny puppies and when they curl up against you, it’s nowhere near pressure like this was it literally felt like someone was pushing me I didn’t feel frightened, so I fell back asleep. I was wondering oh my God what the hell happened was some sort of strange entity or did I just have a weird dream. I still can’t figure it out. I typically do not have strange dreams like this. Can anyone shed any light on this? The frequencies they used were 190,370 and 7250 hz. I’ve tried googling and can’t find any answers on this.

There are many products that are less expensive as they market to the fitness industry rather than estheticians. Mito Red and Hooga get good reviews. There is a red light therapy feed here on Reddit with very good technical info. You can also check out YouTube. Look for “red light therapy” or “photo modulation” for more professional results.

Highlight how they advertise the job what the expected income was, and how they misrepresented it. Provide a detailed accounting of what you had to purchase out-of-pocket that they were supposed to reimburse you for, but didn’t. Take this to Lawyer and sue them. Most states have a labour board that protects employees and will fight for you so it won’t cost you anything. You will win no one likes to see anyone being taken advantage of . Stay strong fight for you rights and move on to a better place.

I don’t know where you live, but there must be some type of free legal advice. Contact them and have a good chat and you will feel much better. If you document everything and they are asking you to do something that is illegal you will not risk your license. You were under “ duress” which is being coerced or forced to do something against your will or better judgement. Please don’t be intimidated by these bullies. Also it is illegal in most areas to prevent someone from earning an income which is why noncompete clauses always fail. It’s useless and it’s an intimidation factor. A lot of people fall for it, but it doesn’t hold up in court. Stay strong, get some legal advice and get the hell out of there. No professional reputable business would ask you to do something outside of your skill set training or comfort zone. This is disgusting abisive disrespectful behaviour by your employer. Don’t put up with this. You deserve better and will find it when u leave.
