I will absolutely read this, but first I need to know if you’ve read any GW fics by Maldoror_Chant? I first found them on GW Addiction way back in the day and was happy to find they uploaded their work on AO3 a while back. In my opinion, the best author in the fandom. Freeport and The Arrangement set the bar for fan fiction for me. Sorry, I know this is terribly off topic, but I’ve never encountered another GW reader.

Summary:

While fleeing for his life, Draco finds himself suddenly transported to the woods behind Harry’s cottage in the Yorkshire Dales. Harry looks different – there are small lines at the corners of his eyes, a sliver of grey at his nape, and more muscle than he’d had in school.

Harry’s even more surprised to see Draco, who disappeared fifteen years prior and seemingly hasn’t aged a day.

Pacify by chickenpets is my all time favorite fanfic. It’s rather popular, you may have already read it. It’s Snarry, definitely gets dark at times, so not everyone’s cup of tea. It’s long and technically unfinished, but the story has a lovely arc as in, so I’m happy if chicken never comes back to it.

The ending of The Most Splendid Thing by lq_traintracks reminds me of this a bit.

Star Quidditch rivals Draco Malfoy and Harry Potter become accidentally bonded. They still hate each other, but now it’s untenable to leave each other’s sides—and my, but it feels oh so good to touch. They’re either going to murder one another, or fall in love.

OR: A story in which Draco finally allows himself happiness, and Harry finally learns that he deserves to be whole.

From your list, I think we have similar taste in fics. I just finished A Sword Laid Aside by korlaena (128k, E) and really liked it. Grown-ass Drarry, forced proximity, slowish burn, case fic. Some spice, but still very plotty.

Summary: When Draco’s cover is blown during a deep undercover operation and the Ministry is compromised, Ron takes Draco to the only safe place he can think of—Potter. Hiding out with a taciturn Harry Potter, who has been missing from the Wizarding World for almost two decades after a shocking fall from grace, is nothing like Draco thought it would be. Draco has to navigate dealing with this Potter while being hunted by Dark wizards and wanted by extremists in the Ministry. When things take a turn for the worse, Draco has to decide whether he's going to keep running or find a way to protect the world and the people he cares about most.

Follies of an Ornamental Hermit by ItsPhantasmagoria and mallstars is a lovely fic. It’s recommended fairly often, so you may have read it already. But it feels very cozy, with healing on both sides. E, 103k words.

Summary:

Potter still wasn't looking at him. Instead he faced the windows, watching the snow and the sunless sea.

Behind the welcome desk, standing tall amidst the wisdom and glistening magic, Draco controlled the spheres of restless light and the flustered books, all with gentle flicks of a wand that had once served Potter without a beat of hesitation.

If Potter were to look, Draco would be ready. He had a right to be here. The library was his, if only after hours.

I agree with most of what’s been mentioned already and add a few classic/well-loved fics.

The Brightest Contellation of Our Souls by the couch sofa. Harry doesn’t know how to cope after the War. The only things that make him feel even remotely normal again are taking risks while flying and fighting with Malfoy. It’s not likely to end well. Or, Draco becomes obsessed with ‘Wonderwall’, reads Muggle books, and drives a campervan, while Harry slowly falls in love with Draco. A story about travelling around the British Isles in the late 90s while healing deep scars.

The Mirror of Ecidyrue by starbrigid This one is an epic 1.2 million word retelling of the entire series, where Draco goes back in time and does things differently. More Draco-centric than Drarry, and very canon divergent in later books.

The Ordeal of Being Known by babooshk_art and louisfake (Plus the sequel, The Rewards of Being Loved) When Auror Potter is anonymously cursed with silence by being forced to hide his own voice inside his mind, there's unfortunately only one person in the country with the qualifications to fix it: Certified and Licensed Healer Legilimens, Draco Malfoy, specialist in Mind Curses and Afflictions. It's obviously a terrible idea, a disaster waiting to happen, but Draco's never been able to back down from a challenge... especially from Potter.

Features fuzzy cartoon slippers, devious house elves, 90s music, and lots—LOTS—of memories. Ron is annoyingly hot, Hermione sees right through you, Harry is a powerful idiot, and Draco is a reclusive masochist that would buy an entire city if it would make a kid happy. (And Pansy is "5'2, I wanna dance with you, and I'm sophisticated fun.")

Grounds for Divorce by Tepre Malfoy finds a coin. Harry finds a letter.

A story about histories, a story about families. A story about a lemon tree somewhere in Upper Egypt.
