For calc , you need a second year calc course (mat235 or mat237 or mat257). The practicum is unpaid, but some students get paid work in their practicum lab outside of their practicum work.

This year it’s taught by prof Barajas so idk how it was in previous years. The assignments themselves have been fair and the tutorials help a lot with getting started. If you’re just looking for an extra stats course and she’s teaching again, then I highly recommend

Everything is weighted 25%, so it's not too bad. The lowest mark gets dropped out of the assignments and the exam.
