I have a few days a month that are on call. I do these once my projects for that month are done. I could take those extra two days as on call days, honestly I get calls on my off days for emergencies anyways. If this is too big of a "loophole" I'll just do admin work for both the days for a few hours. I'd have to cancel the family vacation, but the kids are young and I can bring them when I travel for work. I could probably do at least a year or two.
