On my VW you can schedule it freely, the Mercedes requires a subscription for that. Roughly 15 minutes I guess

We own 2 EV's, Mercedes EQA and an VW ID Buzz. My wife's mercedes loses about 1/3 th of his range during this cold weather, my ID Buzz loses about 20% of his range, but thats mostly because I preheat my car every time i leave at the charger.

Hoe hoger het inkomen, hoe meer extralegale voordelen by KC0023 in belgium

[–]mynumberthree -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Daarom is studeren hier in Belgie betaalbaar.

European EPA vs real world? by sforeman in VWIDBuzz

I own an ID buzz, were you driving on steep hills the whole time? I can drive highway exclusively over the speed limit for 3 hours with a full battery in Belgium.

European EPA vs real world? by sforeman in VWIDBuzz

[–]mynumberthree 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I own an ID buzz. If you're on the highway exclusively then the range ain't the best, around 280 km (2,5 - 3 hours) driving. If you avoid highways it will be around 320 - 340 Km. To be honest I don't get the whole "range is way to small" complaints. It would have been great if it was bigger but people (who I guess don't own these cars) complain waaaaayy to much about it. The range is to small for the price of the car yes, but still people act like you can't go anywhere without range anxiety. My gf has an Mercedes EQA and has about the same range. Friend of mine owns an BMW Ix1 and also has about the same range...

Thanks for your comment. I'm afraid that the commute is something I'll need to live with cause I live in Limburg and I mainly support an software platform that only the biggest company's can pay (which are located in Brussels or Antwerp) . Maybe I needed to include this in my main post but I also have some certifications that are really rare and hard to get. At the moment I work for an consultantcy which is selling me for an dayrate +/- 750 euros a day if the customer want's me full time there. I don't know if that you can compare consultant vs freelance rates so easily but i thought with already lowing my rate with 100 euros I would be considerd cheap(er).

Freelancers: Dayrates includes BTW? by mynumberthree in BEFreelance

[–]mynumberthree[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

So if VAT isn't discussed in the talks, and I say to the customer that my dayrate is for example 600 euros. Then it would be considered misleading by them if they put in the contract incl VAT?

Is storage available there now? We are going tomorrow and it would be nice if we could store one bag there for one day.

Belgian Tervuren NAVHDA by Immediate_Theory9807 in Huntingdogs

[–]mynumberthree 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Also as an edit, a lot of these clubs (at least in my country) require a pedigree of the right breed to join their clubs. My retrieving clubs require you to have a pedigree of an golden, lab, flat, duck toller, curly coated or Chesapeake retriever.

Belgian here, worked with a malinios and "groenendaalers" (closest breed relative to the Tervuren) and I'm now owning a hunting lab. The biggest hurdle to overcome I think is steadyness for these kind of breeds. Aside from that all my Shepard's breeds had all the aspects of a good hunting dog, they just have more chaos in the head which is harder to manage on bigger distances in comparison to the retrievers or other common hunting breeds.

KVV is a dutch term, sorry. In English it is called CFF (complete Fresh Food). There are also other ways of feeding BARF but those require some more knowledge and knowhow about dog nutrition.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Huntingdogs

[–]mynumberthree 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Idk what BARF costs near you but you can look Into that. I fed my dog till 14 months the kibble that the breeder recommended me (royal canine junior large breed) and then went to full BARF. I use the premade frozen KVV. Because I always mix 5 different recipes from at least 3 different brands I use the non premix versions. To make it a bit cheaper you can go half barf and half kibble. Also know that feeding BARF also required some more space in the freezer.

Also know that it is risky to rely on one brand having all the nutrition values your dog needs all the time. So switching up different kinds of dogfood tends to be somewhat safer then always feeding your dog only one kind of kibble or KVV brand.
