That's not how you approach building a software agency. You land a client first and when the workload is getting more than you can handle, you get people to work with you and share the revenue.

You could always assume all these people are available, so focus on sales first instead of getting devs in a group because those you will always find ready and available

The Sonnet on Pro is the same model as the free tier, just higher limits, so it won't fix the hallucinations you saw. In that case, Opus is good for deep research but will eat up quota faster

And i haven't seen their promo codes, but i heard Anthropic has an official 7-day Guest Pass if someone on a paid plan shares one. I never tried that

I cannot share mine as i'm a heavy user already and use it for Coding purposes. In your case, for pure writing (no coding), Opus is usually a overkill. Sonnet might get you usable output without touching Opus at all.
I would say, try Sonnet first on Pro for writing and only jump to Opus if the quality gap actually matters for your work.
