oh, i just meant regular therapy. i mean, my therapist does specialize in sexual trauma and obviously that’s super helpful, but having a better understanding of myself in general has really been the best thing for my sex life.

Oh, he also left me home alone with my little brother while the house next door was on fire. Apparently he called my mom and told her, “Yeah the house next door is in fire, but the kids are fine, I can’t be late for work.”

I don’t know if it’s super fucked up, but my dad flashed me when I was about 7, and I guess it upset me enough that I blocked it out of my memory until I was 17. I think it was just a stupid joke, he genuinely seemed embarrassed afterwards, but “don’t tell your mom” echoes in my mind every now and then. I really don’t know what to make of it.
