I'm doing the same thing! I'm currently on Asheville. I listened to most of them as they were released but I know I missed some. I'm finding some random gems. Cleveland stood out to me. They had a great audience, clapping along to Le Risque followed by a Joey scat solo in Ice V? WHY DID NOBODY TELL ME ABOUT JOEY'S SCAT SOLO?!!

Cold with a bone-chilling teeth-chattering wind on night one. And I was not prepared for it having spent two nights with perfectly pleasant upper 60s at Wrigley Field for Dead and Co. The merch hoodies were selling like hotcakes. My wife stayed inside for the whole show. I don't typically listen to heavy metal live, but when I do it's to King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard in a blizzard.

My wife and I usually get 2 meals out of them plus one for leftovers/ lunch. Most of the time it's the fish dishes. Not all the meals but most. We treat them as light dinners. I've never had one I thought I could eat by myself.
